Now, a little bit about us, you can learn more in the About Us section. The Nova Scotia Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal (NSTIR) is undertaking a project to twin the 104 Highway in the vicinity of the Town of Antigonish. The twinning of that part of the Trans Canada Highway is called the Highway 104 at Antigonish Project. NSTIR has established a Community Liaison Committee (CLC) for the Highway 104 at Antigonish project comprising stakeholder representatives from the local community.
